These terms govern your use of aradhnakart.com and any purchases you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who We Are

Aradhnakart is a brand operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. We sell agarbatti, dhoop sticks, sambharni cups, and fresh puja flowers. For contact details, see the bottom of this page.

2. Products

  • All products listed on the site are subject to availability.
  • We try our best to display product colours, fragrances, and packaging accurately, but slight variation between the image on your screen and the physical product is normal — natural ingredients vary between batches, and screen colours differ across devices.
  • Fragrance descriptions ("Durva", "Rose" etc.) describe the dominant notes. The exact blend is our proprietary recipe.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST.
  • A flat ₹49 shipping charge is added to every order at checkout.
  • Prices can change at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at the time you place your order.
  • If we discover a clear pricing error after you've ordered (for example, a ₹89 item listed as ₹8.9), we'll contact you, cancel the order, and refund you in full. We won't fulfil orders placed at obviously incorrect prices.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy from us. We accept the offer when we send the order confirmation. Until then, we may refuse any order at our discretion.
  • We may decline orders that look fraudulent, that come from blacklisted addresses, that are placed in unusual bulk, or that we cannot fulfil for any reason. If we decline an order after payment, you'll be refunded in full.
  • You're responsible for giving us a correct delivery address and a working phone number. We can't refund orders that fail to deliver because of an incorrect address.

5. Payment

  • We accept payments via UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and supported wallets through our payment gateway.
  • Payment is taken at the time of order. Cash on Delivery, if available, is shown at checkout.
  • All payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not see or store your card or UPI credentials.

6. Shipping & Returns

Covered in detail on our Shipping & Returns page. Summary:

  • Pan India delivery, flat ₹49 shipping
  • 3–5 business days for most pincodes
  • No returns or exchanges on agarbatti, dhoop sticks, or sambharni cups (sealed puja items)
  • Free replacement or refund if your order arrives damaged, wrong, or incomplete — claim within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Aradhnakart name, logo, "Dev Aradhna" branding, product photography, packaging design, and all website content are owned by us.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • You're welcome to share photos of your Aradhnakart purchases on social media — in fact, we love it. Tag us.

8. User Conduct

When using our site, you agree not to:

  • Place fraudulent orders
  • Attempt to break, scrape, or interfere with the site's operation
  • Use our content or product images to mislead customers on other platforms
  • Post reviews that are dishonest, defamatory, or planted by competitors

We reserve the right to remove reviews, block accounts, and refuse service to anyone violating these rules.

9. Liability

  • We sell devotional products. They are made with natural ingredients and should be used as intended: lit safely in a well-ventilated area, kept away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable surfaces and strictly not to be consumed under any circumstances.
  • We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use, including but not limited to fires caused by unattended incense.
  • Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, strikes, public holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
