Shipping & Returns Policy

At Aradhnakart, every order is packed with the same care we'd take preparing our own daily puja. Here's exactly what you can expect.
Shipping
- Where we deliver: Pan India. If your pincode is serviceable by our logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, India Post), we ship to you.
- Shipping charges: A flat ₹49 is added to every order on top of the order value, regardless of order size or destination. No surprises at checkout.
- Dispatch time: Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM, on Sundays, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
- Delivery time: Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from dispatch across India. Remote pincodes in the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar, and Lakshadweep may take 5–7 business days.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order is dispatched. In certain cases, WhatsApp updates will be provided depending on the PIN code. If you don't see it within 24 hours, message us on WhatsApp at +91 88271 81959.
- Fresh flower subscriptions (Ahmedabad only): Flower deliveries are made early every morning to your registered address. These are not shipped through courier — they're hand-delivered locally.
Returns
We're transparent about this: Aradhnakart does not accept returns or exchanges on agarbatti, dhoop sticks, or sambharni cups. These are sealed puja items, and once a tube or box leaves our packing station, we cannot resell it — even unopened. This is the same policy followed by every reputable puja brand in India, and it's how we keep our prices honest.
However, we always make it right if something is wrong on our side.
You are eligible for a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your order arrived damaged, crushed, or with broken sticks
- You received the wrong product (e.g., you ordered Ganesh Aradhna and received Shiv Aradhna)
- Your order is missing items that were billed for
- The seal on the tube or box was broken on arrival
How to Claim a Replacement or Refund
- WhatsApp us at +91 88271 81959 within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order number and 2–3 clear photos showing the issue (including the outer packaging)
- We'll verify and confirm within 24 hours
- Replacement is dispatched within 2 working days, OR a full refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it's dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled — but you can still refuse delivery, and we'll process a refund minus the ₹49 shipping charge once the parcel returns to us.
Lost or Undelivered Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 working days, or shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, message us within 48 hours. We'll open an investigation with the courier and either ship a replacement or refund you in full, depending on the courier's findings.
